Todd Powell has nearly 30 years of experience in the practice of law that includes work as General Counsel for Fort Hays State University, the Kansas Court of Appeals, and private practice. Todd has achieved great results for his clients including substantial recoveries in personal injury and general civil litigation as well as in complicated business transactions. Having a family background that includes strong ties to agriculture and with teaching experience in agriculture law and production, Todd understands the industries that fuel the local economy and is accustomed to working on cases involving issues related to farming and ranching and oil and gas. Todd has successfully litigated cases in a majority of counties that make up the western part of the state and has long personal and family ties to Western Kansa.
